All new clients receive a 1 on 1 Nutriotion & Fitness Evaluation before training.
Fully body fat assessment & nutritional strategy session.

Small Group Strength & Conditioning Monthly Packages: 

8 person class limit
The duration of the Regular Strength & Conditioning Classes are 30-40 minutes.
The first two classes in the morning are 30 min.  
Cost will vary depending on usage rate.
All programs include nutritional coaching and 2 body fat assessments, as well as one per quarter.
 

Pricing Options

1 X per week = $180 per month ($45 per session)

PAY AS YOU GO INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: $45 (CAN BE USED A MAXIMUM OF 2 TIMES PER MONTH)

 

The rate for Unlimited =$300 per month ($25 per session)

The rate at 2 X per week = $228 per month ($28.50 per session)
